Trail Drop Whangarei operates a small passenger transport service and is authorised to operate under the terms of the Land Transport Act 1998, Part 4A.
Because we understand that travel plans can change last minute or that our Northland weather has a mind of it's own, you have up to one hour before departure time to cancel for a full refund. Or you can transfer your booking to another time or day.
If you are canceling on the day of your booking, you must contact us via phone. If you are canceling the day before you can email or phone us.
You will not receive a refund if you fail to contact us or in the event of a non-appearance.
For online bookings, any authorised refunds will be returned to the credit card used to make your booking (excluding any transactions fees). We will process this within 24 hours, however it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be applied, dependent on your bank. Refunds processed shortly after the original charge, may appear as a reversal instead of a refund. In the case of a reversal, the original charge drops off your statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
For bookings made through an i-SITE, any authorised refunds will be refunded by the i-SITE directly.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are at the designated collection points on time.
